We will call you for the interview session.

The form shall be submitted to the SRC room and the due date of the application is on the 12th September 2008

Good Day to all,

SWAD bereau of SRC Cyberjaya has uploaded the SWAD complaint form.You can get the form through Bulletin board or get the hardcopy at the SRC Room. Any complaint form that has been filled by the should either be sent straight to SRC room or to our email that is swad.src@gmail.com

Furthermore, below are the solutions to the complaints that have been sent to the SWAD, Cyberjaya that is related to Security Department.

1. Parking lot at chiller plant
• Students can only park their car in chiller plant during the day time provided that they have car sticker and not during the night. This is because usually when there’s event going on, it’s very hard to detect the owner of the car to remove their vehicle.

2. Parking lot behind library
• The parking lot behind the library will be closed temporary for maintenance purposes.

3. Attire
• Short pants and skirts that are over knee-length are allowed in the campus. However, slippers are NOT allowed in the campus.

4. Car sticker
• Enforcement of car sticker will start on the 15th of September 2008. Cars without valid stickers will not be allowed into the campus. Cars that enter the campus undetected and use car parks will summon or clamped. Please be reminded that before you apply for your car sticker; please pay the amount at Finance counter first before proceeding to the security department.

5. Hostel alarm
• FMD is trying their best to work out on this problem already. Please be reminded that collective responsible will be implemented soon in every hostel block for vandalism that has been done by any student who stays on that particular floor. For example, playing with the fire extinguisher. The whole resident on that floor needs to pay to replace the fire extinguisher. Therefore, please report to any SWAD exco if you saw any hostel resident is doing vandalism.

2)About the phone usage matter, Please be informed that the phone usage is open everyday from 10am to 4.30pm. You are requested to book for your 30 minutes slot at least a day earlier at the SRC room.

Note:each club is allowed a maximum of one hour a day

3)Starting from this week onwards, all central plaza booking shall be made through mail at cssa.booking@gmail.com . The person who is in charge is Miss Tshepiso.
